Units and Pricing

A property consists of one or more units — the rooms or apartments guests actually inquire about. Units let a pension with six rooms manage each room separately.

Unit Types

• Einzelzimmer — single room
• Doppelzimmer — double room
• Mehrbettzimmer — shared room with several beds
• Ganze Unterkunft — the entire property as one bookable unit

Per-Unit Settings

For each unit you define:

• Name and description — e.g. "Zimmer 3 — ruhig zum Garten"
• Beds and max guests — how many workers can sleep there
• Bathroom — private or shared
• Size in square meters
• Quantity — how many identical units of this type exist
• Photos and amenities specific to this unit

Prices

Each unit supports two price models, which you can combine:

• Per night — a flat price for the whole unit per night
• Per person per night — the price scales with the crew size

Optional extras:

• Weekly and monthly discounts — percentage reductions for longer stays, very common for project crews
• Minimum stay in nights
• Cleaning fee and deposit at property level
• Pricing notes — e.g. what is included in the price

Example

A Mehrbettzimmer with 4 beds at €18 per person per night earns €72 for a full crew of four — with a 10% weekly discount automatically visible to guests filtering by price.
