The Properties Page

Open Properties to browse all listings. You can switch between two views:

• List view — property cards with photos, prices, and key facts
• Map view — listings as pins on an interactive map, ideal when the job site location matters most

Search & Filters

Use the search bar and filter bar to narrow down results:

• Search text — keywords from the listing title or description
• Location & radius — search around a city, address, or job site
• Dates — your planned check-in and check-out (format DD.MM.YYYY)
• Guests — how many workers need a bed
• Property type — Monteurzimmer, Gästezimmer, Wohnung, Haus, Pension, Herberge, Hotel, or Ferienwohnung
• Unit type — Einzelzimmer, Doppelzimmer, Mehrbettzimmer, or ganze Unterkunft
• Amenities — e.g. Wi-Fi, kitchen, washing machine, or truck parking
• Price — per night or per person, with a minimum/maximum range
• Rating & verified hosts — only well-rated listings or verified hosts
• Sort — order results by relevance, price, or rating

Your filters are stored in the page URL, so you can bookmark or share a search with your team.

Saving Favorites

Tap the heart on any listing to save it to your Merkliste (watchlist). Your saved properties are collected at Merkliste so you can compare options before sending an inquiry.
