Getting Verified

Verification is free and open to host companies. It builds trust and can improve your visibility with guests who filter for verified hosts.

Requirements

• A company profile on MonteurQuartiere
• You must be an organizer of that company
• Your company must not already be verified or have a request pending

What You Submit

From your company profile's verification section:

• Legal entity name and legal form — as officially registered (required)
• Tax ID or VAT number — optional, speeds up the review
• Registered address of the company
• Authorized signatory — name and role of the person signing
• Supporting documents — up to 5 files, e.g. business registration or a commercial register excerpt

The Review

After submission, our team reviews your request. The possible outcomes:

• Approved — the verified badge appears on your company and all its listings
• Revision requested — something is missing or unclear; complete it and resubmit
• Rejected — the request was declined; you can submit again with corrected information

You receive a notification for every decision. There is no deadline pressure — a pending request simply waits for review.
