Setting Your Prices
You set your own prices — MonteurQuartiere takes no commission. You configure pricing per unit in the listing wizard.
Choosing a Price Model
Two models, combinable per unit:
- Per unit per night — one flat nightly price, typical for whole apartments (ganze Unterkunft)
- Per person per night — scales with crew size, typical for Monteurzimmer and shared rooms
Per-person pricing is the market standard for worker accommodation and keeps you attractive for both small and large crews.
Discounts for Longer Stays
Project crews often stay weeks or months. Reward them:
- Weekly discount — percentage off from 7 nights
- Monthly discount — percentage off from 28/30 nights
Discounted listings convert better in price-filtered searches.
Extras and Conditions
- Cleaning fee — one-time, shown transparently on the listing
- Deposit — the amount and how it is returned
- Minimum stay — avoid one-night requests if changeover is too costly
- Pricing notes — e.g. "including utilities, internet, and final cleaning"
Practical Tips
- Check comparable listings in your area on the properties page
- State clearly what is included — crews compare total costs
- Remember your legal duties: invoices, and VAT where applicable, are your responsibility as the host
- Keep prices current; you can edit them any time without republishing the listing
