• Sending inquiries: free and always non-binding
• No booking fees, no service charges, no account costs

For Hosts

• Publishing listings: free
• Receiving and answering inquiries: free
• No commission on bookings

How Payment Works

There is no online payment on MonteurQuartiere. You arrange payment directly with each other:

1. The guest sends a non-binding inquiry
2. The host replies with a quote — price and terms
3. After acceptance and confirmation, billing happens directly between guest and host (e.g. invoice and bank transfer, or as agreed)

Prices on listings are set by the hosts themselves. Shown prices are "from" prices — the quote in your inquiry thread is the binding offer.

Good to Know

• Hosts may ask for a deposit or cleaning fee — this is stated on the listing and in the quote
• Cancellation terms are agreed directly in the inquiry thread
