Reporting and Blocking

If something on MonteurQuartiere feels wrong — a suspicious listing, spam, harassment, or a scam attempt — you can report it and block the other side.

Reporting

Use the report option on the listing, profile, or conversation in question. Tell us briefly what happened. Every report lands with our team for review.

Good reasons to report:

• Listings with stolen photos or impossible prices
• Users asking you to pay outside an agreed quote or to move communication off-platform immediately
• Spam, fake identities, or abusive messages
• Reviews that violate the rules

Reporting does not notify the reported party.

Blocking

You can block a user or a company to stop further direct contact with you. Blocking is your personal shield; reporting additionally protects everyone else — when in doubt, do both.

Protecting Yourself

• Keep communication in the platform's inquiry thread — it is timestamped and reviewable
• Never send money before a quote was agreed in the thread
• Check the verified badge and reviews, but stay cautious even with verified hosts
• In an emergency or immediate danger, contact local authorities first
