Creating a Listing

The listing wizard guides you step by step from My Properties to a published property. You can save your progress and come back later.

The Wizard Steps

1. Basics

• Title — clear and specific, e.g. "Ruhige Monteurwohnung nahe Industriegebiet"
• Description — what makes your place right for worker crews
• Property type — Monteurzimmer, Gästezimmer, Wohnung, Haus, Pension, Herberge, Hotel, or Ferienwohnung

2. Location

• Full address with postal code and city
• A map pin so guests see exactly where the job-site commute leads
• Guests filter by location and radius, so accuracy matters

3. Photos

• Cover image — the first impression in search results
• Gallery — show every room, the kitchen, bathroom, and parking
• Bright, honest photos outperform wide-angle tricks

4. Amenities

Check everything you offer — typical must-haves for Monteure:

• Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine
• Parking — including truck/van parking and EV charging if available
• TV, workspace, bed linen, towels

5. Units, Availability, Review

The remaining steps cover units and pricing and your availability calendar. In the final review you check everything and publish.

After Publishing

• Your listing appears in search and on the map
• Inquiries land in your host dashboard under Inquiries
• You can edit or pause the listing at any time
